Do you box the bike for me?
No — the bike needs to arrive boxed or bagged. We supply the seal and tag only.
Can you take an e-bike?
The battery needs prior approval and may have to travel separately. Ask before booking.
Is a folding bike cheaper?
It is smaller, so it is easier to schedule. Your quote reflects the actual size.
