We take them from your address instead. Heavier items are declared at booking so the right vehicle and the right number of handlers turn up, and nothing gets manhandled up a flight of station steps.

Questions people ask
How heavy can a single item be?
We handle items above the standard airline limit, but they need to be declared at booking so we can allocate handling. Very heavy pieces may attract a handling charge, which is confirmed in your quote.
Do you take trunks and moving bags?
Yes. Trunks, IKEA-style moving bags and large soft holdalls are all routine for us.
Can you carry it down from a fourth-floor flat?
Tell us at booking. Stairs and no-lift buildings are fine as long as we know in advance and can send enough handlers.
