Somewhere safe to leave the case, without dragging it to a station locker first.
The standard wheeled suitcase is what we move most: check-in size, cabin size, hard shell or soft. We collect it from wherever you are — a hotel lobby, a rented flat, an office reception — photograph it, apply a tamper-proof seal and give you a verify code before we leave.
From there it sits in a monitored facility until you want it back. There is no queue, no locker that turns out to be too small, and no return journey across the city to fetch it: we deliver to the address you give us, which does not have to be the one we collected from.

Questions people ask
Do you have a size limit for suitcases?
We work to limits similar to airline baggage rules so cases can be handled safely. Anything bigger than that is still fine — it just gets booked as an oversized item so we send the right vehicle.
Can you collect from my hotel if I have already checked out?
Yes. Most collections happen after check-out. Leave the case with the concierge or meet our handler at the door, whichever your hotel prefers.
Can you deliver the case somewhere else?
Yes — a different hotel, a station, an airport terminal or a private address. The delivery point is set when you book and can be changed up to 60 minutes before.
