Heathrow is a long way from central London and an expensive place to discover you are carrying too much. We handle it in both directions: bags delivered to you at the terminal before a departure, or collected from you on arrival and taken into town.
A handler meets you inside the terminal, usually about 30 minutes before your scheduled time, and hands over against your verify code. The Heathrow Express and Piccadilly line routes are both covered, so you can travel in with nothing.
