Festival season produces a very specific problem: a rucksack, a tent and a sleeping bag that have to get across London and then have nowhere to live until Friday.
We collect the lot and hold it until the next trip or deliver it to a station for the journey out. Anything with a gas canister or fuel cannot travel — that is on the restricted list.

Questions people ask
Can I store a gas canister with the stove?
No. Gas, fuel and aerosols are on the restricted items list and cannot be accepted.
What if the tent is wet?
Tell us and we will bag it separately, but it is much better dried before collection.
Can you deliver to a festival site?
Site deliveries depend on the event. Ask us with the details and we will tell you honestly.
