Terms and conditions
The agreement governing your use of TransBaggage services across the UK. Last updated 1 November 2024.
1. Service definitions
“Arriving Service” means collection on arrival into a city; “Handler” means the uniformed TransBaggage representative who collects or delivers your items. Short-term storage means a period under 30 days; long-term storage means 30 days or more.

Compensation for lost or damaged items is capped at £300 per booking unless a higher insurance tier has been purchased. Incidents must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service may be free of charge. Later changes or cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Prohibited items
Customers are responsible for the contents of their baggage and must comply with all regulations regarding hazardous or illegal goods. See our Restricted Items policy.
6. Refusal of service
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone violating these terms or engaging in threatening behaviour towards our team.
