We store soft luggage flat rather than crushed, and offer a protective wrap for bags that are overfull or have a zip under strain. It is the difference between collecting a bag and collecting a bag that still closes.

Questions people ask
My duffel does not lock. Is that a problem?
No. The tamper seal goes over the zip pulls, so it cannot be opened without breaking the seal.
Should I add the protective wrap?
It is worth it for bags that are packed to bursting, have a weak zip, or contain anything you would not want pressed against the side.
Can I store several duffels together?
Yes — multiple bags on one booking are priced together and kept together.
