Which terminal should I book?
Book the one your airline departs from. If it changes, tell us up to 60 minutes before and we will move the handover.
Can you cover a 6am flight?
Early departures are possible but must be booked in advance so a handler is allocated overnight.
Do you meet before or after security?
Landside, before security. We cannot meet airside.
