Missed-delivery cards exist because couriers arrive when you are at work. Depot collection means a trip across town during opening hours you do not have.
We can take delivery of parcels, sign for them, hold them securely and bring them to you at a time that actually works. Anything on the restricted items list cannot be accepted.

- Stored, tracked, returnedEverything sits in our CCTV-monitored facility until you want it, then goes to whichever address you name.

Can I have parcels sent directly to you?
Arrange it with us first so we know what is coming and can sign for it correctly.
How long can a parcel be held?
From a day to a month or more. Longer holds are quoted as storage.
What cannot be sent?
Anything on our restricted items policy, including hazardous goods and controlled substances.
